Conducting Effective Interviews

BUSINESS PURPOSE: IT Pro Match is unhappy with its current hiring process; specifically, its current interviewing process has yet to yield the desired results. They wish to improve the hiring process, with an emphasis on the interview, to attract and hire high-level candidates. Additionally, they want to synergize the HR interviewers and hiring managers who interview candidates. They hope to improve their professionalism.


To address the issue, the Conducting Effective Interviews training will provide opportunities to confront and conquer the current challenges. The goal is for interviewers to follow a standard procedure for the hiring process and use the best interviewing strategies to attract and hire high-level candidates. After training, IT Pro Match is projected to hire 20% of interviewed candidates.
