Hiring Strategies: The Interview Process

BUSINESS PURPOSE: IT Pro Match needs to recruit and hire 2,000 new members of their technical team this year. They are unhappy with their current hiring process; specifically, their current interviewing process has yet to yield the desired results. To address the issue, the Hiring Strategies eLearning will provide opportunities to confront and conquer the current challenges. The goal is for interviewers to follow a standard procedure for the hiring process and use the best interviewing strategies to attract and hire high-level candidates. After training, IT Pro Match is projected to hire 20% of interviewed candidates. This will result in the requisition fulfillment of the 2,000 new employees by end of year.

The goal is to foster behavior change that promotes proactive conflict prevention, seamless conflict resolution, and improved interactions with complex individuals, resulting in a 50% retention rate from season to season. After training, officials are projected to reduce game-related conflicts by 30% over the course of a single season.
