Hiring Strategies: The Interview Process
BUSINESS PURPOSE: IT Pro Match needs to recruit and hire 2,000 new members of their technical team this year. They are unhappy with their current hiring process; specifically, their current interviewing process has yet to yield the desired results. To address the issue, the Hiring Strategies eLearning will provide opportunities to confront and conquer the current challenges.
